Inkoop privacy policy
Inkoop is a Shopify app by CommerceWork, Kleine Turfstraat 16, 7876 HS Valthermond, Nederland, KvK 98084151. This page explains which data the app uses, why, and for how long.
Which data
From your shop the app only reads product data: titles, brands, SKUs, barcodes, selling prices, cost prices and stock. It does not read or store customer data or orders. It also stores the price lists you upload or have fetched, your settings, and a record of every change the app made, so you can undo it.
Why
Only to make the app work for your shop: matching price lists, calculating margins and, when you ask for it, updating cost prices, selling prices and stock.
Never shared or sold
Your data is never sold, never shared with third parties, not used for other shops or our own purposes, not used to train AI, and not compared with other shops.
Retention
Uploaded files and the preview rows taken from them are deleted after 30 days at the latest. The detailed overview per list is cleared after 2 days. What the app changed in your shop (old and new value per product) is kept while the app is installed, so you can undo it. When you uninstall the app, we delete all data of your shop after Shopify's request (48 hours later). You can ask for earlier deletion by email.
Storage and security
The app runs on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). FTP passwords are stored encrypted.
